Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships

Role Description Flashfood is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships to own and grow relationships with our largest grocery retail partners. You should be comfortable managing executive relationships, navigating operational complexity across regions and stores, and using data-driven insights to drive action and accountability. Success in this role will be measured by: - Growth, expansion, and retention of enterprise grocery accounts - Full ownership of account relationships, from C-suite stakeholders to district leaders and store teams - Consistent achievement of monthly and annual account targets - Deep fluency in grocery retail metrics and account health indicators - Proactive identification and resolution of risk, issues, and underperformance In this role, you will: - Own end-to-end relationships with enterprise grocery partners across the West Coast, from C-suite executives to store operations teams - Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with partner goals across sustainability, profitability, and adoption - Expand existing accounts through new store rollouts, pilots, and increased program adoption - Lead regular business reviews using clear, data-driven insights and performance narratives - Conduct store visits and deliver in-person training to improve execution and adoption - Partner closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing, Data, Customer Success) to drive partner success and resolve issues - Identify adoption barriers, training gaps, and performance issues, and lead corrective action plans - Translate performance data into compelling, partner-facing insights and recommendations - Represent the voice of the retailer internally to influence roadmap and prioritization decisions - Support renewals and contract expansions with strong, data-backed business cases - Represent Flashfood at partner meetings and industry events - Build internal champions within partner organizations who advocate for Flashfood - Develop and manage a partner NPS program in collaboration with Product and Marketing to track satisfaction and loyalty Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or partnerships - Experience working with large retailers; grocery or retail tech experience strongly preferred - Strong understanding of retail operations and the intersection of sustainability and profitability - Experience building or managing partner NPS or satisfaction programs (preferred) - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use KPIs to drive decisions - Passion for sustainability and reducing food waste at scale - Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Google Suite, Confluence, and Asana is a plus Benefits - Competitive salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits - 100% remote work with flexibility and trust - Mission-driven work that reduces food waste and expands access to affordable food - A fast-growing, collaborative team with big ambitions - Real opportunities for career growth
