Job Description

Senior Key Account Manager – West Region / NRW

MicroNova

• Manage complex sales processes through to closing, including leading negotiations and taking responsibility for revenue and results • Strategically expand existing customer relationships and acquire new enterprise customers • Qualify and nurture leads through to successful closure • Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities • Provide consulting, design solutions, and deliver product presentations and demos at customer sites • Work closely with ManageEngine product teams • Represent MicroNova and ManageEngine at trade shows and events

Job Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent IT-focused vocational training
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of software solutions in IT management, infrastructure, or security environments
  • Proven track record in acquiring new customers and strategically expanding and developing existing enterprise accounts
  • Experience in direct collaboration with software vendors and in managing complex sales and customer processes
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, confident presence, and a good understanding of complex customer requirements
  • High travel readiness (approx. 30% within NRW) and a valid driver’s license (Class B)
  • Excellent German and business-fluent English, both written and spoken
