Territory Field Marketing Manager

Stronghouse

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop field marketing teams (Events, Outreach, Big Box) • Lead onboarding, coaching, performance management, and team development initiatives • Execute training programs aligned with company standards • Manage and track KPIs including leads, appointments, conversion rates, and ROI • Plan and execute high-volume lead generation campaigns • Develop territory-specific strategies to maximize engagement • Coordinate event logistics including staffing, scheduling, and materials • Generate leads personally while leading by example • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and event organizers • Oversee territory operations including event calendars, inventory, and logistics • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide performance reporting • Ensure compliance with company standards and partner requirements • Finding, coordinating, booking, and executing events within the territory • Maintaining labor and expenses within the budget

Role Description We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support our marketing operations team with a focus on email campaign execution and production. You will help with building, testing, and launching marketing emails and automated campaigns.
