Field Marketing Manager

• Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with regional sales goals and global marketing strategy. • Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns including events, webinars, ABM programs, and digital initiatives tailored to regional audiences. • Collaborate with sales teams to provide tools, content, and programs that support lead generation and conversion. • Organize and execute regional events (virtual and in-person), including trade shows, customer roundtables, and partner events. • Measure and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, using data to optimize future initiatives. • Work closely with product marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field or regional marketing role.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the North American market landscape and buyer personas.
  • Experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% within North America.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimization.
