Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Description We're looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to support our marketing operations team with a focus on email campaign execution and production. You will help with building, testing, and launching marketing emails and automated campaigns. This is a US-based, remote position reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations. - You will build, test, and deploy marketing emails, nurture campaigns, and automated programs within our marketing automation platform. - You will create marketing emails based on campaign requests and approved creative assets. - You will perform QA testing on emails and campaigns to ensure accuracy across devices, browsers, and inboxes. - You will manage audience segmentation, list uploads, suppression logic, and scheduling. - You will collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns. - You will support campaign reporting and help identify opportunities for optimization. - You will ensure campaigns follow email best practices, compliance requirements, and internal processes. - You will troubleshoot issues related to email rendering, personalization, and automation workflows. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations. - Hands-on experience with platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar tools. - Experience with HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting. - Experience building and QA'ing marketing emails and automated campaigns. Requirements - The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. - Colorado: $88,000 - $140,800 (annually) - Washington: $88,000 - $155,700 (annually) - California: $88,000 - $170,300 (annually) - NYC: $97,100 - $170,300 (annually) - This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
