Role Description SpruceID is hiring a Senior GTM Marketing Manager to help turn our strategy into the assets, campaigns, customer intelligence, and AI-enabled marketing systems that move complex public-sector sales conversations forward. - This is a high-leverage generalist role. - You will work across: - Positioning - Content - Web copy - Sales collateral - Account-specific narratives - Campaigns - Events - Technical writing - Video and explainer content - Marketing operations - You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and closely with sales, delivery, and executive leadership. - Much of the work will sit at the intersection of marketing, GTM strategy, customer intelligence, and sales enablement. - Marketing at SpruceID is not measured like a simple PLG SaaS funnel; it is relationship-led, event-heavy, long-cycle, and highly dependent on trust. - This role is ideal for someone who wants to help define what modern marketing looks like in the age of AI. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience marketing in infrastructure, government, fintech, identity, developer tools, enterprise software, or another complex technical market. - A portfolio of shipped GTM work across formats: positioning, sales collateral, web copy, campaigns, content, events, technical explainers, or customer narratives. - Exceptionally strong writing and storytelling skills, especially for technical, policy, or complex product concepts. - Comfort working directly with sales, product, delivery, and executive stakeholders. - Hands-on fluency with Figma and Claude Code or equivalent AI-enabled production tools. - High ownership, strong judgment, and ability to operate with limited structure. Requirements - Can take an ambiguous business problem, form a point of view on what is needed, create the first useful version, and improve it through feedback. - Work independently and autonomously. - Adept with Figma (or similar) and Claude Code at a minimum, regularly use multiple AI tools, and have built AI-enabled workflows from scratch. - Use AI to ship what used to require whole teams, not just to draft content faster. - Have shipped across the full GTM surface area. - See content, product marketing, design, campaigns, enablement, and operations as connected parts of the same GTM system. - Can understand complex technical concepts, ask sharp questions, and translate them into clear narratives. Signs You May Be a Fit - You may be a strong fit for this role if you: - Prefer to go deep in one marketing discipline, such as content, PMM, brand, lifecycle, demand gen, or events. - Prefer work where the strategy, brief, and success criteria are mostly defined before you begin. - Use AI to speed up drafting or brainstorming, but have not meaningfully changed your workflow around it. - Want clear swim lanes between strategy, writing, design, campaigns, enablement, and operations. - Are strongest when coordinating agencies, designers, writers, or specialists rather than creating the first useful version yourself. - Are more energized by consumer, PLG, or high-volume SaaS motions than by complex infrastructure, technical buyers, public-sector sales cycles, policy context, and long-term category creation.

Role Description We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who understands that this role is not content production. It's market ownership. Your job is to make TRM the obvious choice for a specific set of buyers. You work closely with a Product Manager and Sales — the PM builds, Sales opens doors, and you make sure buyers arrive already convinced. AI handles the execution. You handle the judgment. Product marketers at TRM make the category feel like TRM's home turf before a buyer ever talks to anyone. What you'll own - Own the market position for TRM's blockchain intelligence products across law enforcement and national security agencies. - Make TRM the intelligence layer buyers reach for first. - Understand what a case looks like from the inside and drive the narrative that shapes public sector perceptions of blockchain intelligence. How you'll work - Deep diving: Know the product at a demo level, understand real value, and engage in deal reviews and customer conversations. - Positioning: Find the wedge where prospects choose TRM and build the architecture for claims, proof, and messaging. - Incepting: Ensure alignment by making the story clear and compelling for Sales, engineers, and executives. - Owning the moment: Control the narrative, timing, and outcomes of key launches and presentations. What we're looking for - Storytelling: Think in narrative and translate stories across various formats grounded in data. - Commercial instincts: Understand what moves a deal and adjust positioning accordingly. - AI builder: Build systems for the team and automate repeatable work. - Judgment: Hold high standards and provide constructive feedback. Requirements - 5+ years in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company. - Owned at least two tier-one launches end to end: strategy, narrative, execution, and post-launch measurement. - Owned a website or major digital channel and made content decisions that moved pipeline. - Experience using AI to build workflows and systems. Deal breakers - Marketers who measure output in assets shipped. - Anyone who treats AI as something to explore rather than something already running in their workflow. - Candidates whose best examples inherited existing infrastructure. About the team TRM's product team doesn't coordinate work. It owns outcomes. Product marketers are embedded in the sales motion, in customer conversations, and in launch decisions. The team is small, the scope is real, and what you ship shows up directly in how deals close and how the market talks about TRM. Life at TRM We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day. TRM moves quickly, and we expect clarity, follow-through, and impact. - Priorities and targets change quickly as we experiment and iterate. - Work often requires operating with a high degree of ambiguity. - High level of personal ownership and accountability. - Close collaboration across teams and functions. - Frequent, high-touch communication. - Creative problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking. - A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes. AI Fluency at TRM AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft. Leadership Principles - Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. - Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft and invest in getting better every day. - Inspiring Colleague: We bring humility, candor, and a one-team mindset. Join our Mission At TRM we care deeply about our craft. We are looking for individuals who want their work to matter and who take pride in building a safer world for billions of people.
