Role Description The North America Commercial Organization DBS Service Leader is responsible for developing and driving the Danaher Business System (DBS) roadmap in NACO service, driving the use of DBS fundamental and growth tools across all regions in North America. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, problem solving, and process improvement capabilities in a commercial environment. The individual will need to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization in service, R&D, sales, and other functions. This position reports to the Vice President, North America Service and is part of the Service organization, working remotely in the USA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Drive sustained P&L, CVD, and QDCI improvements aligned to Policy Deployment and Daily Management using DBS tools and standard work. - Develop and execute the NACO service DBS roadmap, including active leadership in Policy Deployment and Daily Management review processes. - Deliver and facilitate DBS training and coaching across all levels, including senior leaders, using internal and external resources. - Lead and sustain kaizen execution, certification processes, and DBS capability development through structured training and MBB progression. - Diagnose operational inefficiencies and implement DBS and AI-enabled analytics solutions to improve workflows and business performance. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field with 14+ years of relevant experience; Master’s degree preferred. - Demonstrated experience applying DBS, Lean, or Growth tools, including kaizen facilitation, Policy Deployment, and Daily Management systems. - Proven experience training and coaching DBS or Lean tools and leading structured improvement initiatives across functions. - Experience using data analysis tools, metrics, and performance systems to assess business performance and drive decision-making. - Experience working in a continuous improvement or DBS-based environment within a service, commercial, or operations organization. Requirements - Ability to travel – 30% travel, overnight, within North America.
