Ads Manager, Google and Meta

Assist World

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Linkedin Ads campaigns across search, display, video, and paid social • Implement and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, and platform‑specific tools • Analyze performance data to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency • Build clear, actionable reports that translate data into strategic recommendations • Test creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to drive continuous improvement • Work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to align campaign strategy with business goals

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years managing Search, Display, PMAX, Demand Gen, and/or YouTube campaigns
  • Experience running campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI implementation
  • Ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly
  • Comfortable diagnosing pixel issues, attribution discrepancies, and tracking errors
  • Server‑Side Tracking experience (Cloudflare, GTM Server‑Side, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, or other BI tools
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
