• Bring creative concepts to life across a variety of client and internal projects. • Design print and digital materials, support presentation development, and contribute to data visualization efforts—helping ensure that every deliverable is clear, engaging, and aligned with client goals. • Keep projects running smoothly by managing timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and supporting business development efforts through polished proposals and presentation materials. • Collaborate closely with teammates to refine ideas and continuously elevate the quality of our work.
• Collaborate with client teams and outside vendors to develop and implement effective digital fundraising and membership campaigns that drive engagement and revenue. • Serve as lead project manager to ensure jobs are delivered on message, on time, and on budget. • Manage all the nitty-gritty details of getting a digital campaign out the door, identify problems, provide solutions, and report up or down as needed. • Schedule and participate in internal team meetings and client meetings to discuss creative strategy for direct marketing campaign. • Develop creative briefs, campaign reports, and campaign budgets for all client digital campaigns. • Recommend list segmentation strategy and list hygiene strategy for all email marketing campaigns. • Implement email marketing campaigns, as needed. • Collaborate with paid media team to implement and manage digital advertising campaigns. • Manage internal Avalon review process and quality control checks. • Coordinate with clients, account teams, copywriters, designers, and vendors to ensure everyone is in sync on specifications of the job including but not limited to strategy, schedule, and execution. • Analyze campaign results, identify key takeaways, and draft campaign reports. • Support day-to-day management of client relationship.

• Lead digital strategy and execution for a portfolio of key nonprofit clients. • Serve as the strategic lead for 3–4 key client accounts, guiding digital fundraising, advocacy, and engagement programs. • Partner with Client Services leadership to develop integrated strategies, budgets, and recommendations. • Act as a trusted advisor, presenting insights, opportunities, and performance results to clients. • Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel digital campaigns. • Ensure high-quality delivery on time and on budget, while guiding testing, segmentation, and optimization. • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. • Guide creative direction and partner with writers, designers, and internal teams to deliver compelling work. • Collaborate across departments and with external partners to bring campaigns to life. • Supervise and develop Digital team members, fostering a strong, collaborative environment.
• Ensure digital data is accurate, connected, and telling a clear story • Support how data is tracked, extracted, transformed, structured, and interpreted • Establish and monitor data flows, build and update dashboards • Apply different attribution models and explore trends across campaigns • Translate findings into actionable insights and partner closely with teams
• Craft compelling, mission-driven creative for nonprofit organizations • Deliver standout client work and collaborate with teams on messaging audits and creative strategy • Produce diverse slate of projects including appeals, newsletters, emails, and digital ads
• Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, paid social, CTV, and programmatic platforms • Build keywords, audiences, ads, budgets, and bidding strategies aligned with media plans • Monitor campaign pacing and ensure accuracy through regular QA • Track campaign performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Implement optimizations related to bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creative • Prepare performance reports and dashboards using key metrics such as CPA and ROAS • Pull insights from ad platforms, Google Analytics, and internal tools • Support senior team members in developing client-facing performance summaries • Manage UTM tracking, conversion events, and pixel implementation • Conduct routine audits of tracking and campaign setup • Monitor spend and prepare monthly budget and billing reconciliation • Partner with internal teams across Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Client Service • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing and campaign testing initiatives • Stay current on platform updates and digital advertising trends
