Job Description

Paid Social Manager

Flock Safety

• Own the end to end paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and supporting channels (Reddit, X, CTV, sponsored content), driving full-funnel performance across three distinct verticals. • Translate the broader full-funnel campaign strategy into paid social campaign architecture, creative requirements, and measurement, with dedicated budget lines and KPIs at each funnel stage (awareness, consideration, conversion). • Manage daily campaign operations and optimization, including audience research and expansion, ad copy and creative iteration, bid strategy, exclusion management, and testing of advanced tactics including Advantage+, Conversions API, and intent-based retargeting. • Be the creative quality bar for paid social. Partner with brand, content, and creative teams to ensure every asset shipped is on-brand, factually accurate to product claims, and built to perform on paid social. • Develop and execute a continuous testing framework, running A/B tests across creative, audiences, placements, landing pages, and bidding strategies, to identify optimization opportunities and drive incremental performance gains. • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance at every funnel stage, translating data into actionable insights that drive ongoing optimization and learning, reporting regularly to marketing leadership and key stakeholders. • Partner cross-functionally with campaign managers, content, product marketing, creative, organic social, and marketing operations teams to align paid social with broader marketing initiatives, optimize landing pages, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Job Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms, including audience targeting, Conversions API, lead gen forms, and advanced bidding strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline at scale through paid social, with measurable examples of pipeline contribution, cost per opportunity improvement, and ROI gain.
  • Strong creative sensibility with ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creative across formats (static, video, carousel, short-form, lead gen forms), and partner effectively with brand and creative teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate and analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets, Sigma, or SQL to identify trends and optimization opportunities at every stage of the funnel.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across different segments, products, and stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting performance insights, recommendations, and strategies to cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Data-driven decision making approach with focus on testing, measurement, and continuous optimization based on performance data.
  • Self-starter mentality who can work independently, take ownership of results, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
