Associate Manager – Marketing Operations, Enablement

TDS Telecommunications LLC

• Partner with internal teams to deploy, optimize, and govern the marketing operations technology stack, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), email, paid media, analytics, and related platforms. • Ensure systems, integrations, and user enablement support business requirements, reporting needs, and scalable execution. • Manage operational agency relationships, including scopes of work, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and performance; identify optimization opportunities to improve quality, speed, and cost efficiency. • Own performance and spend reporting for marketing operations, including dashboards, KPIs, and attribution with market-level detail. • Establish data quality standards and governance to connect marketing activities to leads, traffic, and conversions, and communicate insights to stakeholders. • Conduct Request For Proposals (RFPs) and vendor selection processes; manage system integration and development workstreams; and oversee budgets, contracts, and execution calendars to ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience.
  • 3+ years marketing operations experience.
  • 2+ years of advertising and integrated marketing experience.
  • Ability to travel 20% based on market needs.
  • Experience in marketing planning, development, and execution.
  • Background in local marketing, including brand activation and customer engagement activities.
  • Telecommunications or related service industry experience.
  • Proven ability to negotiate local partnerships, co‑marketing opportunities, and agent marketing.
  • Experience managing financial budgets.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with partners and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, scheduling tools, analytics platforms, and campaign tracking tools.
