• Lead a team of inside sales professionals and develop strategic and tactical sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas. • Analyze market conditions and competitive positioning. • Report activity and results on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. • Be committed to providing the necessary combination of personal production and successful coaching of the entire sales team to achieve the objectives. • Manage and monitor team performance. This includes coaching, recruiting, and hiring sales professionals, onboarding, training, development, employee engagement, succession planning, performance evaluation, discipline, termination. • Manage and monitors market level success in fiber markets and creates/executes tactical sales plans to increase customer penetration rates. • Monitoring daily tasks as well as executing plans to meet objectives and key results set for the team. • Build, maintain, and nurture excellent inter-department working relationships. This includes joining various projects and committees on behalf of the entire sales organization, meeting monthly with other managers from other departments to ensure the alignment of goals, meeting weekly with peers from all markets to review and discuss consistency of process and policies and provide feedback and direction sales managers, product management and development teams as needed. • Manage and ensure compliance with CRM utilization, contract negotiations, processing of sales orders, and policies and procedures. • Tracks and maintains all work queues and incidents, web leads, rejects, tasks, and orders. • Perform other duties including department-wide assignments and special projects as required by the Regional Manager Sales/VP Sales.
• Create, update, publish, and maintain website content across TDS digital properties. • Ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, accessibility, and adherence to established content standards and guidelines. • Manage and maintain a complete website content inventory, ensuring outdated or redundant content is reviewed and updated or removed as necessary. • Serve as the primary user and subject matter expert for the CMS, supporting efficient content workflows and issue resolution. • Partner with marketing, product, legal, compliance, and other internal teams to plan and execute content updates aligned to campaigns, promotions, and product launches. • Own and manage the website content calendar, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and approvals to ensure on-time publication. • Translate business requirements into clear content updates and publishing plans that support organizational objectives. • Identify opportunities to streamline content production and publishing through process improvements and the effective use of AI and automation tools. • Act as the business unit representative for content-focused initiatives, including privacy, security, and regulatory changes. • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and internal governance teams to assess content impacts of new or changing regulations and ensure required updates are implemented accurately and on schedule. • Support audits, reviews, and documentation related to digital content compliance as needed.
• Scope, plan, and schedule Digital Marketing teams’ work on TDS and external projects. • Own and manage team JIRA (project management software) boards – ensuring tasks are properly assigned, scoped and completed on time. • Monitor work-in-progress to ensure work is on track and communicate status up to project teams. • Participate in requirements gathering for Digital Marketing tasks across projects. • Work with team leaders to schedule work and communicate priorities. • Review business cases and consult with Business Owners on Digital Marketing Resources. • Work with team leaders to understand what projects may require team resources, what those resources are, and roughly how involved the team will be on each given project. • Work with project owners to help scope Digital Marketing needs for their projects. • Maintain working knowledge on the systems and tools within the scope of the Digital Operations team’s responsibility. • Attend project planning meetings and report back on impacts to Marketing teams. • Provides weekly reporting and updates on projects back to Marketing, keeping them aware of upcoming work and any changes to scope and priority.
• Lead cross-functional sourcing teams; prepare and develop requests (RF – X) and scoring models; perform vendor analysis; develop service level agreements (SLA); and manage associated sourcing projects. • Demonstrate understanding and ability to redline basic contractual terms such as Payment Terms, Purchase Orders, etc. • Obtain and maintain thorough knowledge of products & services within category area(s) of focus, supplier's processes and industry trends and practices. • Perform moderate analysis of category, spend, financial and industry data to identify sourcing, as well as cost- savings and reduction opportunities through collaboration with clients and stakeholders to meet or exceed cost saving targets. • Negotiate mutually beneficial purchasing agreements. • Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders, such as Operations, Legal, Accounting and Finance by identifying and addressing purchasing/contracting needs. • Present sourcing opportunities to build internal support among clients and stakeholders. • Create value-added business process efficiencies, reduce costs, and mitigate risk throughout the supply chain sourcing lifecycle.
• Build weekly, monthly, and schedule period staffing plans based on forecasted volume, shrinkage assumptions, and staffing requirements. • Schedule training, coaching, meetings, and development time in alignment with capacity planning. • Manage quarterly or semiannual shift bids, including bid setup, execution, and validation. • Maintain scheduling rules and support coverage alignment, including seasonal adjustments and new hire scheduling. • Analyze interval-level staffing variances and collaborate with internal teams to recommend schedule or shift mix adjustments to improve coverage. • Review shrinkage data and make recommendations related to staffing needs.
• Develop current state processes, elicit useful and harmful attributes of them, and facilitate stakeholder groups to a consensus regarding solution components, requirements, and business process designs. • Elicit, analyze, validate and document requirements in a format traceable back to benefits and forward into execution. • Build proficiency in, learn and adhere to industry and company practices for core business analysis functions, including but not limited to facilitation, elicitation, analysis validation, and representation of business, stakeholder, and solution requirements. • Ensure business process architecture standards are adhered to. • Identify impacts and linkages to the business strategies, organization and its people, data and systems, business policies, and business rules. • Seek guidance from other IT business analysts, architects, and designers to drive the reuse of BPA components, with the goal of moving from a functionally siloed organization to one that is end-to-end process-oriented. • Keep current with business analysis and requirements best practices, tool and techniques including requirements lifecycle management, and development directions of key applications purchased by or developed within Telecom. • Review interface project deliverables to ensure business process quality and traceability of requirements, and for adherence to all business process quality management standards. • Ensure that the interface designs incorporate business process usage standards, such as the use of elements of the established BPA. • Resolve any cross-application or cross-release business process issues that may surface in implementing integration projects. • Ensure record retention standards related to data elements defined in the BPA are adhered to according to company policies.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue growth goals for products and services via inbound/outbound calls. • Actively manage existing account base (via inbound-out bound calls/email), acting as their resource for sales negotiations, (includes moves, adds and changes to the account) to ensure we retain customers and reduce market churn. • Grow existing account base through inbound/outbound calls and emails. • Discuss with decision makers to uncover sales opportunities with new prospects and existing account base. • Serve as the resource for sales negotiation with existing small business accounts. • Create proposals, write, and submit accurate and timely new orders following the established sales process. • Respond and handle customer’s account incidents in a timely manner. • Customer follow-up on service orders and coordinate local technical teams and communicate with all other necessary teams as needed. • Work within a team to handle projects that improves customer’s services. • Provide referrals to the outside and account management teams for our MIP suite of products. • Maintain personal knowledge on product and service offerings (including new and upcoming services, products, and promotions), contact information, contact database(s), and activity and outcome reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for Talent Development training opportunities, including scheduling, preparing and ordering course materials, and managing travel for training participants. • Facilitate the expense reimbursement process for training-related expenses, both for facilitators and participants. • Maintain course license inventories. • Correspond with training participants and leaders, including sending pre- and post-training communications and assisting with participant enrollment. • Monitor the team mailbox and respond to associate inquiries. • Monitor associate completion of required training. • Follow up with associates who have past-due requirements. • Track and monitor credits with external training vendors. • Assist associates with registration for approved external training opportunities. • Maintain a master list of training vendors. • Create and maintain process documentation. • Run training enrollment and completion reports. • Assist with intranet page publishing and maintenance. • Prepare for department recognition events, service anniversaries, promotions, etc. • Assist with preparation and facilitation of departmental meetings.
