Role Description What you get to do in this role: - Work with stakeholders to help define feature requirements - Get hands on building out aspects of our event platform – RainFocus - Present to key executives and managers within ServiceNow marketing - Manage complex projects through the software development life cycle - Travel to the world’s best cities to help deliver our events Qualifications - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. - 10-12 years in a marketing or technology context, preferably in events - A background administering SaaS events tools like RainFocus or Cvent - Experience working within events at leading enterprise software companies - Demonstrated technical savvy – not a developer but someone who understands tech - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - A fantastic attitude and ability to manage the high stress world of events - ServiceNow certified is a big plus Requirements - For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $148,400 - $259,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. - Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. - Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
