The Role The Marketing Operations Specialist oversees day‑to‑day execution across the Apryse marketing technology stack, supporting campaign operations, data quality, lead lifecycle management, and reporting. Responsibilities: - Campaign Operations - Build, QA, launch, and monitor MAP programs (Marketo or equivalent), ensuring flawless execution and consistent program structure. - Lead Lifecycle Management - Maintain scoring, routing, enrichment, and lifecycle stages across MAP ↔ CRM. - Data Quality & Governance - Oversee data hygiene, normalization, deduplication, and enrichment workflows. - Martech Administration - Support integrations, field mapping, sync rules, and system configuration across the marketing tech stack. - Reporting & Insights - Build dashboards, pull audiences, and support funnel, attribution, and performance analysis. - Automation & Nurture Programs - Create scalable workflows, triggered programs, and nurture streams. - Cross‑Functional Support - Partner with Marketing, Content, BDR, and RevOps to support campaigns, events, and outbound motions. - QA & Compliance - Ensure accuracy across UTMs, links, rendering, segmentation logic, scoring, and routing. - Documentation - Maintain SOPs, playbooks, and system diagrams for operational clarity. Requirements - Marketing Automation Expertise (Strongly Preferred) - Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar (Marketo preferred but not required). - CRM Fluency - Understanding Salesforce objects, fields, campaign member statuses, and reporting. - Data & Analytics - Strong spreadsheet skills; basic familiarity with BI tools and attribution models. - Technical Aptitude - Ability to troubleshoot sync issues, understand APIs/integrations, and diagnose system behavior. - Systems Thinking - Understands how changes in one tool impact the entire GTM ecosystem. - Operational Rigor - Strong prioritization, documentation, and process‑driven mindset.
