• Serve as the primary administrator for Cribl’s Workday system, including HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits Administration and integrations • Lead the ongoing configuration, maintenance, upgrades and health monitoring of Workday components based on Cribl’s business and technical requirements • Lead, document and support business process discovery sessions to play a key role establishing Cribl’s Workday roadmap • Collaborate with stakeholders across the People Operations, IT and Finance teams to translate business process and reporting needs into secure, stable Workday solutions • Develop and maintain secure integrations between Workday and other internal/external systems (e.g., payroll providers, organizational data feeds, data governance tooling) • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits, managing security roles, supporting compliance efforts and resolving data issues • Track, triage and resolve defects, including system access, business process and integration issues • Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday configurations, integrations and business processes • Support and coordinate regular Workday updates, enhancements and new feature adoption as Workday evolves • Train and support end users with Workday access, reporting and functionality; develop documentation to promote self-service and adoption • Stay current on Workday trends, best practices and product roadmaps to maximize the value of Cribl’s Workday investment • We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

Role Description The Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of BetterHealth IT systems and applications, including server infrastructure, Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Intune, and Remote Monitoring and Management systems. This role will support and optimize our enterprise collaboration, endpoint management, and infrastructure platforms. The Systems Administrator must possess a blend of application administration, endpoint management, automation, and systems engineering expertise; additionally, the Systems Administrator must ensure the reliability, security, and performance of critical business systems. Essential Functions - Manage and monitor Linux and Windows servers, including configuration, testing, patching, and maintenance. - Manage and monitor BetterHealth’s systems and applications. Perform upgrades, configuration changes, deployment, and patching as needed. - Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation efforts. - Serve as a subject matter expert of BetterHealth’s infrastructure and server operations. - Develop and maintain documentation related to server build and application management. - Develop and maintain PowerShell and batch automation scripts. - Administer Atlassian products (Confluence and Jira) and related plugins, including patching, optimization, configuration changes, automation configuration, provisioning, and issue resolution. - Provide technical assistance with the installation and configuration of systems and applications. - Research, evaluate, and recommend infrastructure and application improvements. - Monitor and, where applicable, triage or resolve technology tickets and project requests. - Provide on-call support coverage as needed. • Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user access, instance health, scheduled jobs, access governance, license management and environment management. • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications to meet business requirements. • Ensure platform configurations comply with industry regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, ITAR) and internal cybersecurity policies. • Develop and maintain automated workflows, business rules, and integrations to streamline business processes. • Support integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, IAM) using APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs. • Create and maintain performance analytics, dashboards, and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making. • Participate in change control processes, ensuring updates are tested, documented, and deployed with minimal disruption. • Work closely with other DT teams, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals. • Perform platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and feature rollouts while minimizing downtime and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.
