• Manage day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user access, instance health, scheduled jobs, access governance, license management and environment management. • Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications to meet business requirements. • Ensure platform configurations comply with industry regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, DFARS, ITAR) and internal cybersecurity policies. • Develop and maintain automated workflows, business rules, and integrations to streamline business processes. • Support integration with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, IAM) using APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs. • Create and maintain performance analytics, dashboards, and reports to support operational visibility and decision-making. • Participate in change control processes, ensuring updates are tested, documented, and deployed with minimal disruption. • Work closely with other DT teams, cybersecurity, compliance, and business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals. • Perform platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and feature rollouts while minimizing downtime and ensuring compatibility with existing configurations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) and minimum 8 years of related experience
- Proficiency in multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, Source to Pay etc.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Working knowledge of ITSM processes
- Working knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
