• Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, offering helpful and accurate guidance • Supporting a wide range of HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes and leavers • Preparing offer letters, contracts and other HR documents • Keeping HR systems and employee records up to date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality • Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new starters • Assisting with minute-taking when needed • Working closely with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and supportive service

• Support the Manager, People & Culture for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace concerns • Assist in resolving employee relations issues with objectivity, empathy, and confidentiality • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, equipment coordination, orientation, and data entry • Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding workflow • Support managers and employees with continuous feedback program ensuring performance feedback is regularly discussed and captured • Collaborate on initiatives that drive employee morale, diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive, safe workplace culture • Primary responsibility to oversee daily benefits administration (enrollment, changes, and open enrollment support) • Primary responsibility for timecard review and management including accurate tracking for leaves, hours and compensation adjustments • Support maintenance and optimization of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and tracking metrics are accurate • Primary responsibility for all recruiting including job posting, screening applications, scheduling interviews and job offers • Manage pre-employment screening processes • Ensure the organization remains in strict compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA) • Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date digital employee files • Maintain NAID & R2 compliance documentation • Other duties as requested
