Senior HR Operations Specialist

• Serve as the company's primary operational expert on Diia City employment requirements. • Manage the full employee onboarding lifecycle for Ukraine-based employees. • Own the end-to-end contractor-to-employee conversion process. • Manage military registration processes and documentation for eligible employees. • Maintain accurate employee records and manage employment lifecycle changes. • Oversee contractor agreements and coordinate payment setup with Accounting. • Partner with the Ukraine Chief Accountant, General Counsel, Legal, Payroll, and Finance on payroll inputs and employment law matters. • Build, document, and continuously improve scalable HR operations processes for Ukraine.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or Employment Compliance within Ukraine.
  • Strong understanding of Ukrainian labour law and Diia City employment frameworks.
  • Experience managing employment documentation, contractor arrangements, and HR compliance processes.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
  • Confident handling sensitive and confidential employee information.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience supporting global or international organisations will be a plus.
