• Source and screen candidates for engineering, GTM, and operations roles • Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and maintain candidate pipelines on the ATS • Run onboarding for new hires covering documentation, system access, and first week orientation • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy • Support payroll inputs, leave tracking, and basic compliance documentation • Assist with employee engagement programs, pulse surveys, and internal events • Draft offer letters, NDAs, and HR communication • Build and maintain HR dashboards covering hiring funnel, attrition, and engagement metrics
Job Requirements
- Recent graduate or final year student in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Excel, and basic data work
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
- Self starter who can operate in a fast moving startup environment
- Curiosity about the cybersecurity and SaaS industry

• This role will initially have one report, our recruiting operations lead. • Responsible for managing all HR Systems.
