• Create high-quality content across blogs, guides, social media, email campaigns, and landing pages. • Optimise content for SEO and visibility in AI search. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content audits to inform SEO strategy. • Apply E-E-A-T principles, keyword strategy, and structured content formats to improve organic performance. • Monitor and optimise SEO performance using SEMrush and other analytics tools. • Manage and update website content in WordPress, ensuring brand consistency and SEO best practices. • Build, execute, and optimise email campaigns, nurture journeys, and newsletters through HubSpot. • Plan, schedule, and manage organic social media content across B2B channels. • Support paid digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms to drive lead generation. • Analyse campaign performance, track ROI, manage inbound marketing enquiries, and collaborate with sales on lead follow-up.
• Design and produce front pages for a variety of print titles • Use **InDesign **and **Photoshop **to create visually impactful layouts • Apply a strong understanding of what makes a front page stand out on the newsstand • Work collaboratively within the hub to meet production deadlines.

Analyse and connect various customer touchpoints to guide effective strategies for conversion and retention. • You will assist the head of newsletters with monitoring and tracking key performance metrics, generating reports to provide insights for product and editorial changes, and identifying opportunities for new newsletter products. • You will help analyse app user data, lifetime value of in-app subscribers, churn levels and conversion rates to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. • You will communicate the results of analysis to stakeholders, highlighting issues and making recommendations. • You will work with internal teams to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data sources. Monitor, identify, and correct issues in regular reporting. • You will respond to any ad-hoc data requests, add value where possible and ensure that items are completed in line with business priorities.
