• Support the Manager, People & Culture for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace concerns • Assist in resolving employee relations issues with objectivity, empathy, and confidentiality • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, equipment coordination, orientation, and data entry • Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding workflow • Support managers and employees with continuous feedback program ensuring performance feedback is regularly discussed and captured • Collaborate on initiatives that drive employee morale, diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive, safe workplace culture • Primary responsibility to oversee daily benefits administration (enrollment, changes, and open enrollment support) • Primary responsibility for timecard review and management including accurate tracking for leaves, hours and compensation adjustments • Support maintenance and optimization of the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and tracking metrics are accurate • Primary responsibility for all recruiting including job posting, screening applications, scheduling interviews and job offers • Manage pre-employment screening processes • Ensure the organization remains in strict compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA) • Maintain accurate, secure, and up-to-date digital employee files • Maintain NAID & R2 compliance documentation • Other duties as requested
Director of Enterprise Partnerships – ITAD Sales

• Design and execute a national ITAD and business development strategy • Forecast revenue, set performance targets, and monitor KPIs • Align sales goals with organizational priorities and mission delivery • Expand market share and competitive positioning across multiple regions • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, distributed sales team • Cultivate and retain relationships with corporate, government, and nonprofit partners • Negotiate values-aligned contracts and agreements • Represent PCs for People at industry events and stakeholder meetings • Oversee CRM systems (HubSpot), pipeline management, and reporting • Ensure compliance with nonprofit regulations and ethical sales practices
• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, grants accounting, and fixed assets. • Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and nonprofit accounting standards. • Lead the monthly close process and ensure adherence to reporting deadlines. • Analyze financial results and variances; provide insights and recommendations to the CFO. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including IRS and nonprofit reporting requirements. • Manage the annual audit process, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors. • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures. • Support preparation of Form 990 and other required filings in coordination with the CFO and external advisors. • Support the CFO in the annual budgeting and forecasting process. • Monitor budgets and grant expenditures to ensure compliance with donor and funding restrictions. • Oversee accounting for grants, restricted funds, and donor-designated contributions. • Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team.
• Develop, implement, and oversee all regulatory compliance and safety programs within ITAD operations. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including OSHA, EPA, and DOT. • Serve as the primary point of contact for certification bodies during audits. • Manage annual third-party audits and ensure timely corrective action. • Oversee data sanitization processes to ensure compliance with NIST 800-88. • Review and approve Certificates of Data Destruction and Certificates of Recycling. • Develop and enforce internal compliance policies and training programs. • Conduct internal audits and identify/remediate compliance risks. • Prepare and present compliance metrics and audit outcomes to leadership. • Monitor and report on safety KPIs to senior leadership, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
