Mid Level ServiceNow Developer – Active – Secret Clearance

• Shape, create, and maintain the client's ServiceNow platform. • Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions. • Lead the customization and development of ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog. • Craft and enhance applications using platforms like ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Power Apps/Power Automate, Salesforce, and Tableau. • Partner with Product Owners, the Platform Architect, and Business Analysts to strategize optimal implementation approaches. • Develop, conduct, and document test cases for newly developed functionality. • Leverage expertise in standard ARL development environment tools, such as Jira and GitLab. • Undertake tasks related to maintaining business system applications with respect to the Risk Management Framework. • Manage source code, scripts, diagrams, and documentation for systems under management. • Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow Developers.
Job Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Required to pass a background check and obtain and hold a DoD clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on development experience.
- Minimum: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform components, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Portal.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
