Legal Counsel – Wealth Structuring, Cross-Border Advisory

• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain partnership, referral, introducer, and commercial agreements with international counterparties; • Ensure contractual arrangements align with licensing requirements and applicable regulatory frameworks; • Support international wealth structuring and asset management projects for high-net-worth clients; • Participate in client discussions to identify legal, operational, and regulatory considerations and help design practical solutions; • Coordinate cross-border projects involving multiple jurisdictions, stakeholders, and service providers; • Source and manage external legal, tax, corporate, banking, and fiduciary advisors worldwide; • Monitor project execution, timelines, service quality, and delivery against client objectives; • Assess regulatory, legal, and reputational risks while balancing commercial opportunities; • Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on international business initiatives; • Act as a trusted legal coordinator, ensuring all parties work effectively toward successful project outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an International Lawyer, Legal Counsel, or Cross-Border Legal Advisor
  • Strong background in drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements
  • Understanding of corporate structuring, asset protection, family office services, and international wealth planning
  • Knowledge of international tax concepts sufficient to coordinate external tax advisors and specialists
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple jurisdictions and international counterparties
  • Ability to translate client objectives into actionable legal and operational work streams
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Fluent professional English
  • Experience within wealth management, family office, brokerage, investment, or private banking environments
  • Previous work with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth individuals
  • Existing network of international legal, tax, fiduciary, or corporate service providers

You’ll operate as an individual contributor, working closely with leadership to navigate risk, enable the business, and build scalable legal processes.
