• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements—especially those involving procurement of technology and/or service arrangements. • Provide real-time, business-focused commercial legal advice on commercial contracts, including SaaS and other technology agreements, digital marketing, and contract amendments. • Support senior counsel on various third-party risk management initiatives • Identify potential issues related to data, privacy, and intellectual property for collaboration with and escalation to internal subject matter experts. • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Risk and Compliance, Privacy, Security, IT, HR, and within Legal to identify and solve problems, build partnerships, and complete commercial transactions. • Anticipate legal concerns and provide creative problem solving in a dynamic business environment. • Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks, and process improvements to support efficient contract review and negotiation.

Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate and active bar membership in good standing
  • A minimum of 5 years of legal experience, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal department
  • Strong expertise in commercial contracts, corporate transactions, technology agreements, or marketing/vendor relationships
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: privacy, artificial intelligence, intellectual property, data governance, cybersecurity, and/or highly regulated industries
  • Experience working within a corporate parent company and across a family of affiliated entities.

Qualifications - At least 3-5 years estimating experience in the aerospace industry. - Previous machining experience with 5 axis machines a plus. - Associates Degree or equivalent required or relevant experience (Engineering and applicable certifications preferred). - Proficient in Catia. Requirements - Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as drawings, blueprints, production schedules, contractual agreements, Requests for Quotation or Requests for Proposal, as well as various customer documents relating to the same. - Ability to write reports and business correspondence, both internal and external. - Ability to effectively communicate with individuals or groups of customers or employees. - Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. - Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. - Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. - Proficiency in the use of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook required.
