• Own Alan's insurance compliance posture. • Translate regulatory obligations related to Alan’s core product (IDD including duty of advice, product governance, AML/CFT, etc.) into Alan's operational processes, product design, and tooling. • Propose optimal ways to meet regulatory requirements within Alan's products while enhancing members' experience — from pricing components and options design to UX choices and complaint handling. • Proactively identify compliance risks, assess exposure, and develop mitigation plans in coordination with internal stakeholders. • Lead the structuring and continuous improvement of Alan's complaints management framework across France, Belgium, and Spain, ensuring alignment with ACPR recommendations and local equivalents. • Serve as a key contributor from the compliance function to Alan's internal control system: document compliance-related risks and controls in the Group's centralized mapping and co-deploy the internal control approach across teams (Insurance, Operations, Sales, Care). • Prepare for and support internal and external audits: assess Alan's status against planned operational improvements, define remediation plans, and drive and monitor their effective implementation. • Report on compliance obligations and risk exposure to Alan's Board and governance committees with clarity and foresight; manage regulatory reporting obligations including the ACPR Questionnaire Protection de la Clientèle (QPC). • Respond to regulatory inspections (ACPR, FSMA, or equivalents in Alan’s operating countries), coordinating internally and ensuring Alan is always audit-ready. • Support the AML framework: perform second-level analysis on suspicious cases, manage relationships with regulatory bodies and financial intelligence units, approve high-risk client relationships (including PEPs), and maintain the AML/CFT risk assessment framework. • Oversee KYC Ops referents' training and upskilling, including Belgium-specific AML requirements. • Coordinate with the AMLO on annual priorities, documentation, monitoring tools, and regulatory reporting to the ACPR and equivalent supervisors. • Maintain Alan's compliance roadmap: prioritize initiatives, track progress, update risk mapping, and re-prioritize as the regulatory environment evolves. • Lead compliance projects with internal stakeholders across Insurance, Product, Sales, Care, and Operations, translating regulatory requirements into concrete deliverables and timelines. • Contribute to pragmatic compliance positions on regulatory requirements affecting our products and contracts — turning complex constraints into well-reasoned, practical solutions that support the business. • Design and maintain mandatory regulatory training programs for Sales and Care roles (IDD competency requirements including duty of advice and product governance, Loi Evin, AML/CFT). • Build internal compliance frameworks, guidelines, and decision-making tools that increase team autonomy and reduce reliance on external resources. • Contribute to Alan's written culture by producing high-quality documentation that teams can rely on independently. • Ensure Alan's compliance standards are applied consistently across all Group markets, whether existing (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada) or newly opened, adapting Group frameworks to local regulatory requirements and deploying them locally in coordination with local counsel.
• Train and onboard admins on Alan's product, workflows, and best practices (remote and occasionally onsite): affiliation lifecycle, payroll management, invoicing, and more • Own admin support end-to-end for your account portfolio: handle requests, investigate issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution • Manage complex or sensitive conversations with admins (objections, escalations, high-stakes operational topics) with clarity and empathy • Anticipate risks (missing affiliations, payroll edge cases, invoicing issues) and prevent blockers before they impact admins • Identify recurring pain points and propose improvements: documentation, playbooks, tooling, and product feedback (with Product Specialists and relevant crews) • Contribute to team priorities depending on the period: process/tooling projects, knowledge sharing, and occasionally hiring-related work • Report on operations at the company level to ensure visibility on opportunities derived from admin insights • Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Pre-Sales, Customer Success Managers, and Operations to remove blockers, coordinate resolutions, and surface product/process improvements

• Own and evolve the GDPR Orchestrator (build & run): the platform's core engine, its safety mechanisms (preview/dry-run, audit trail), and its operational health (deploys, on-call, observability). You design the contract areas build on and keep it reliable as adoption grows. • Build the paved road (enable, teach to fish): docs, templates, and self-serve tooling so any of our 15+ areas can plug into the platform and manage its own data rules and dependencies. You coach areas through pairing and syncs; you build the capability rather than doing the work for them. • Coordinate across areas (the cross-area bridge): align legal, security, data, and the data-producing areas on requirements, surface cross-area data dependencies, and resolve design trade-offs between them. You own the coordination; each area stays accountable for its own data and rules. • Push the foundations forward: drive open platform design questions to a conclusion and grow the platform's capabilities as Alan's data, products, and footprint expand.
