Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of insurance law and/or social protection law experience at a top insurance law firm or an insurance company
- Exposure to commercial insurance topics, including health and/or disability insurance contracts
- Familiarity with insurance regulatory frameworks, including ACPR guidelines, insurance distribution rules, and legal regulations applicable to health and disability insurance contracts
- Bonus - experience on international markets and drafting in English
- Bonus - experience at a regulatory authority would be a plus
- Fluency in French and professional English (written and spoken)
