Ad Operations Analyst
Propel, Inc.
• Campaign Execution: Own end-to-end execution of brand campaigns. Ensure all campaigns launch on time and without errors, coordinating closely with Business Development and Customer Success • Build with AI: using our internal AI tools to create your own SQL queries to improve efficiency, for example. With team support, you'll learn how to combine your own judgment with AI to maximize impact. • Campaign QA: QA campaign inputs like copy, tracking links, images, and tags — and flag or resolve gaps proactively.Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with the insights team on the implementation of A/B testing and budget shifting to improve campaign performance. • Monitoring and pacing: Monitor pacing and performance, surfacing risks to delivery, and partnering with Customer Success Managers to troubleshoot in real-time • Content calendar management: Coordinate with Growth and Merchandising team on the Marketplace content calendar, ensuring campaigns are properly booked and launched as planned • Knowledge management: Maintain and improve process documentation to support consistency and scale • Push campaigns: Deploying push campaigns via Braze tied to key Marketplace initiatives
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years of work experience in operations, project management, campaign management, or equivalent roles
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for catching small errors before they become problems
- Excellent at prioritizing in fast-paced environments, managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once
- Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
- Familiarity with HTML and Google Suite
- Knowledge of Amplitude, Salesforce, and Braze is a strong plus
- Strong communicator — clear, timely, and proactive with both technical and non-technical partners
- Experience working at a startup or in a lean, cross-functional environment
- Ad Ops experience is not necessary; we have a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in operational roles (e.g., program or project coordinator)

Role Description The Commercial Operations Performance team is looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst to enhance processes, standards, and methodologies across our Commercial Operations teams.
