This role is ideal for an early-career product professional who is execution-focused, collaborative, and passionate about improving patient outcomes. You will work closely with senior product leaders, clinicians, engineers, and operations teams to translate clinical needs into scalable platform capabilities within a complex health-tech ecosystem. By directly supporting launched sites — including close collaboration with Patient Navigators and Account Operations — this role builds deep, real-world understanding of clinical workflows, partner needs, and operational constraints. That context enables faster, better product decisions as ownership transitions toward roadmap definition, workflow design, and platform scalability. High performers are expected to progress rapidly into a primarily product-focused role. Essential Responsibilities - Product Management - Help define and launch product for HALO, which may include cardiovascular/metabolic platform pathways requirements that support multiple diagnostic use cases across disease areas. - Assist in mapping end-to-end clinical workflows to ensure platform features align with real-world operational needs. - Contribute to backlog development, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap documentation. - Collaborate with engineering and clinical teams throughout development, testing, and release cycles. - Support launch readiness, documentation, and post-launch performance monitoring. - Platform & Partner Enablement - Assist in the preparation of platform demonstrations, presentations, and materials for internal stakeholders and external partners. - Support tracking and reporting on platform utilization, adoption, and operational performance. - Help coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve platform or operational issues impacting partners. - Maintain accurate documentation related to platform workflows, integrations, and partner requirements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration & Learning - Work closely with Product, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to build foundational platform knowledge. - Participate in customer, partner, and clinician feedback sessions to better understand user needs and pain points. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or optimization opportunities across platform workflows. - PDaaS Account Operations Executive - Build and maintain strong working relationships with platform partners to understand needs and support satisfaction and growth. - Assist with partnership presentations, platform demonstrations, and roadmap discussions. - Support reporting on diagnostic utilization, adoption, and performance metrics, using insights to inform improvements. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless partner experience and timely issue resolution. - Provide hands-on support during early launches and new diagnostic program rollouts, including coordination with Account Operations Executives (AOEs) and Patient Navigators as needed. This role will initially spend approximately 80% of time on PDaaS Account Operations and 20% on Product Management, with a clear expectation to transition toward a primarily product-focused role. Depending on individual performance and business needs, this progression typically occurs over 3 to 18 months, with the role ultimately evolving to ~80% Product Management ownership. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a technical, life-science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, healthcare operations, or a related role. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrated ability to execute projects and manage timelines in a structured manner. - Fast growth product in healthcare and/or virtual pathway. - Strong interest in health-tech, diagnostics, or healthcare platforms. - Basic understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, roadmaps, requirements gathering). - Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally, take direction well, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for improving patient outcomes through technology-enabled solutions.
