• Conduct performance assessments using the Dealer Maturity Model diagnostic, identifying where each rooftop sits across the five-tier progression and the specific blockers preventing advancement • Own the tier advancement plan for each account, translating DMM findings into a prioritized roadmap with clear milestones and measurable outcomes • Partner with Customer Value Managers to integrate DMM findings into Customer Value Plans and Value Review conversations • Identify and interpret industry metrics as value realization evidence • Apply structured discovery methodology to every engagement. The role involves recreating and creating floor plans from historical data, modernizing layouts, and producing renders that reflect our design styles. - Draft and update architectural floor plans in Revit based on historical project data. - Integrate modernization elements into existing layouts while preserving original context. - Produce high-quality architectural renders showcasing multiple design styles. - Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions. The EA engages with customer Technical, Marketing and C-Suite teams in evaluation of current-state technology and business objectives to deliver future-state marketing technical architectures, digital engagement roadmap management and “Art of the Possible” digital experiences. Qualifications - Past experience in a consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems in the role of Architect/Principal Consultant or employee Marketing/Technical leader. - Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journey including Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution and Reporting/Insights. - Significant hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress. - Ability to communicate complex ideas which “tells a story” to support Adobe’s POV and/or recommendation to technical, marketing and C-Suite audiences. - Ability to quickly diagnose challenges and opportunities and produce a future state architecture. - Strong written and verbal communications skills with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing or MBA or equivalent experience.
