• Ensure the availability and functionality of training labs across all course offerings • Work in partnership with Course Architects to design hands-on labs that complement course content and objectives • Collaborate to ensure that lab activities align with the training goals and provide practical, real-world experiences for participants • Develop proof of concept labs using Ansible playbooks to automate the deployment and configuration of lab environments • Ensure that proof of concept labs are scalable, repeatable, and well-documented • Demonstrates project management from product design and development to client communication for expectations of delivery • Demonstrates capability to lead the overall CTF product by working with other departments to facilitate development work, scheduling, and guides development teams to meet agreed upon deliverable deadlines • Communicates project successes and issues throughout the development while prioritizing tasks for future improvement • Deploy labs into the OpenStack cloud environment and AWS, ensuring that the labs are accessible to participants for training purposes • Create and maintain comprehensive lab documentation, including setup instructions, troubleshooting guides, and lab manuals • Provide technical support to instructors and participants during training sessions to resolve lab-related issues or questions • Troubleshoot and resolve lab environment problems promptly • Conduct regular testing and quality assurance checks to ensure that labs are functional and error-free • Collaborate with Course Architects to make necessary adjustments and improvements to labs.

Role Description The Enterprise Architect (EA) serves as the primary technical driver for closing sales opportunities and supporting existing customer success with their marketing technology programs through value realization. The EA engages with customer Technical, Marketing and C-Suite teams in evaluation of current-state technology and business objectives to deliver future-state marketing technical architectures, digital engagement roadmap management and “Art of the Possible” digital experiences. Qualifications - Past experience in a consultative role supporting large-scale enterprise digital marketing ecosystems in the role of Architect/Principal Consultant or employee Marketing/Technical leader. - Working knowledge of end-to-end digital marketing journey including Adtech (CDP/DMPs, DSPs, etc.), Marketing Automation, omni-channel personalization, Content Management/Generation, CRM, Media Execution and Reporting/Insights. - Significant hands-on experience using enterprise platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.) with an emphasis on REST APIs, Cloud Storage, Structured/Unstructured Data, Security and Data Ingress/Egress. - Ability to communicate complex ideas which “tells a story” to support Adobe’s POV and/or recommendation to technical, marketing and C-Suite audiences. - Ability to quickly diagnose challenges and opportunities and produce a future state architecture. - Strong written and verbal communications skills with particular expertise in PowerPoint and Lucid Chart/Visio. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Digital Marketing or MBA or equivalent experience. Requirements - One or more current Adobe Certified Expert certifications in Adobe (AEP, AJO, Analytics/CJA, RTCDP, Target or Workfront). - Recent experience building enterprise level return on investment focused Business Cases for technology transformations. - Hands-on experience architecting and/or delivering native, Flutter or React-Native mobile applications. - Experience leading a revenue focused Book of Business including sales pipeline via Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics, scope/contract review and Value Realization measurement. - Familiarity and usage of generative AI solutions. • Myriad360 is seeking a Solutions Development Architect to support the design, scoping, documentation, and proposal development of client-facing technology solutions. • This role works closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, engineering teams, PMO, TCS, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to translate business and technical requirements into accurate, executable Statements of Work, labor estimates, and solution proposals. • Create, refine, and maintain Statements of Work, including in-scope items, out-of-scope items, deliverables, assumptions, acceptance criteria, project phases, and dependencies. • Generate labor calculators and SOW drafts using Myriad360’s SOW Automation Tool. • Validate labor, subcontractor, material, and project management cost inputs for accuracy. • Coordinate peer reviews with Technology Project Leads, Solutions Development Architects, or other technical reviewers.
