• Support the development and execution of brand awareness initiatives tied to 1Password's sports partnerships, including ORBR, Utah Jazz, Utah Mammoth, and SEG, helping ensure the 1Password brand shows up with consistency and impact across global and regional sports audiences. • Assist in bringing partnership storytelling to life by supporting content development, asset coordination, campaign moments, and activation concepts that educate both B2B and B2C audiences about 1Password's capabilities. • Help with planning and execution VIP hospitality experiences across partnership events, including logistics coordination, guest and attendee management, RSVP tracking, vendor support, and onsite preparation. • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Sales, Brand, PR, and Social teams to help align partnership activations with broader campaign and revenue objectives. • Track and help report on program performance across all three pillars, including brand metrics, content engagement, hospitality outcomes, and pipeline influence, to support continuous improvement.

- Familiarity in experiential marketing, event hospitality (professional, volunteer, or campus-level).
- Proficiency with project management or marketing tools (Asana, Notion, Salesforce, Google Workspace).

Role Description Waymo's Procurement and Vendor Enablement Office is a diverse, collaborative, and service-oriented group with a mission to efficiently procure indirect goods and services, build supplier relationships, and support outsourcing excellence to achieve Waymo's growth goals. In this highly visible role, you will be the strategic procurement lead for our brand and reputation engines: Marketing, Communications, PR, and Public Affairs. You will design the agency architecture that scales our brand globally and ensures we have the right external partners to navigate the complex public narrative around autonomous vehicle operations. - Portfolio Strategy: Lead end-to-end category management for a highly subjective, ROI-driven portfolio encompassing Creative, Media Buying, PR, Public Affairs, and Experiential/Event Marketing. - Agency Management: Lead complex negotiations for agency retainers and project-based work, establishing outcome-based commercial models and ensuring strict IP and brand protection. - Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Waymo's Marketing, Communications, and Policy leaders, balancing their need for creative freedom and rapid response with procurement best practices. - Strategic Sourcing: Lead the end-to-end RFX process for major Agency of Record (AOR) consolidations, build multi-year category strategies, and maximize value creation and total cost of ownership (TCO). - Risk & Governance: Negotiate and draft Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) that minimize business risk, specifically focusing on media transparency, usage rights, and liability caps for public-facing output.
