• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on demand generation and performance; • Manage activities across the marketing funnel, ensuring consistency between acquisition, nurturing, and conversion; • Analyze campaign and channel metrics, proposing continuous, data-driven improvements; • Design and optimize automation workflows and audience segmentation to improve campaign efficiency; • Conduct tests (A/B, channels, approaches), evaluate results, and implement learnings; • Collaborate with teams such as Sales and Product, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution; • Participate in department processes and projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing and demand generation;
- Experience with marketing funnels and marketing automation;
- Experience with content marketing and digital media;
- Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing;
- Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Semrush;
- Experience in B2B marketing;
- Analytical, data-driven mindset;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Proactive and able to work in dynamic environments.
- Preferred:
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies;
- Experience in the mobility, delivery, or marketplace sectors.
