• Plan and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. • Own a portfolio of field marketing events and programs from concept through execution, including budgeting, attendee recruitment, logistics, and post-event follow-up. • Support executive roundtables, customer events, partner programs, trade shows, hospitality experiences, webinars, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives. • Partner closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, drive attendance, and maximize business impact. • Collaborate with channel, alliance, digital marketing, marketing operations, and SDR teams to deliver successful programs. • Track program performance and provide insights and recommendations for future optimization.
Job Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, event marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or marketing operations.
- Experience executing customer events, executive engagement programs, webinars, trade shows, or partner marketing initiatives.
- Experience executing account-based marketing (ABM), executive engagement programs, and targeted 1:1 or 1: Few marketing initiatives.
- Experience partnering with sales organizations to drive pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration, and customer expansion.
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30–40% throughout North America.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to support customer-facing events and programs.

Qualifications - At least 7+ years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 4 years focusing heavily on Marketing, Communications, PR, or Public Affairs sourcing. - Deep understanding of marketing procurement nuances, including agency fee models (retainer vs. project vs. media commission), media buying transparency, and creative production costs. - Proven ability to negotiate complex IP, usage rights, and indemnification clauses within creative and PR contracts. - Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust with highly creative marketing leaders and public affairs directors.
