• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on demand generation and performance; • Manage activities across the marketing funnel, ensuring consistency between acquisition, nurturing, and conversion; • Analyze campaign and channel metrics, proposing continuous, data-driven improvements; • Design and optimize automation workflows and audience segmentation to improve campaign efficiency; • Conduct tests (A/B, channels, approaches), evaluate results, and implement learnings; • Collaborate with teams such as Sales and Product, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution; • Participate in department processes and projects.
• Perform process mapping and diagnostics, identifying improvement opportunities and recommended actions. • Lead end-to-end improvement projects, from problem framing to implementation and monitoring of results. • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with area objectives, and develop dashboards with actionable metrics to support decision-making. • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in processes, metrics, and automations. • Implement automations and technological solutions, including the use of Artificial Intelligence, to increase efficiency and drive operational improvement. • Work effectively in ambiguous contexts, structuring problems, engaging stakeholders, and promoting the adoption of process and workflow management tools and practices.
• Define and execute the company's growth strategy • Set clear acquisition, conversion and recurring revenue targets • Build and optimize the pipeline: lead generation, qualification, conversion and expansion • Monitor and optimize metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), average deal size, conversion by stage, and sales velocity • Ensure integration between demand generation, pre-sales and closing • Establish clear processes for qualification, lead handoff and inter-team feedback • Develop and scale channels such as inbound marketing, content, partnerships and referral programs • Run continuous tests, including mystery shopper tests, to improve acquisition, conversion and positioning • Evaluate new channels and distribution models • Lead the area's coordinators • Ensure disciplined execution, goal tracking and team development • Grow recurring revenue • Generate qualified leads • Maintain healthy CAC and LTV.
• Coordinate the company's administrative and financial routines (accounts payable and receivable, payroll and HR, cash flow, bank reconciliations, and billing); • Manage operational cash; • Manage financial indicators and present management reports to the executive board; • Manage relationships with unions, accounting, and investors, ensuring financial reporting and alignment; • Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and labor obligations in coordination with accounting and external partners; • Structure and optimize processes, seeking efficiency and control; • Support internal teams with financial analyses for decision-making; • Lead and develop the administrative and financial team; • Manage contracts, suppliers, clients, and negotiations.

• Continue implementing and evolving the Kubernetes cluster; • Execute the migration of virtualized environments on EC2 to Kubernetes; • Maintain and improve existing Dockerfiles; • Manage CI/CD pipelines; • Provide support for the Development environment; • Ensure observability, reliability, and best practices for infrastructure as code; • Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture and automation processes.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and its periodic revisions (forecast). • Perform variance analyses (budget vs. actual), assessing margins, costs, operating expenses (OPEX), and profitability by area/product. • Support the development of financial models for short-, medium-, and long-term projections. • Prepare management reports and dashboards with financial KPIs, ensuring clarity and executive-level storytelling for leadership. • Support the executive team in decision-making using structured financial data and critical analyses. • Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Work closely with business units to understand goals, challenges, and financial impacts.
