Role Description We are currently seeking a Sales Application Specialist to support our sales teams and customers across the Western U.S. Ideally, this individual will be based in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon, or California), Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Utah. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to both our commercial and customer teams, helping drive the adoption and success of Natera's digital care optimization solutions. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, EHR, Product, Operations, customers, and vendor partners to support solution presentations, manage implementations, optimize workflows, and ensure successful customer outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role that combines customer-facing engagement, project management, analytics, and healthcare technology expertise. Primary Responsibilities - Assist in selling, managing implementations, running analytics, and monitoring account growth following project go-lives to ensure the care optimizations are implemented correctly. - Provide field support for existing accounts where digital care optimizations have been implemented. - Own project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication throughout implementation and post-go-live optimization. - Work with Sales Team on new care optimization requests. - Run reports on existing implementations and provide metrics for account reviews. - Coordinate projects with internal support teams. - Provide training and on-site customer support for new implementations. - Identify existing issues or opportunities for improvement with customer EHR interfaces and provide feedback to clients, vendors, EHR team, Sales and Operations. - Analyze EHR utilization data and work with clients to increase electronic order volumes. - Work closely with EHR team on key initiatives and product updates. - Perform other duties as assigned. This role works with PHI on a regular basis both in paper and electronic form and has access to various technologies to access PHI (paper and electronic) in order to perform the job. Employee must complete training relating to HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance training and security training as soon as possible but not later than the first 30 days of hire. Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements. Employee must pass post-offer criminal background check. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or an Associate’s Degree required. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant related experience, preferably in the medical field or laboratory space. - Must have knowledge of EHR systems, clinic and lab workflows. - Epic EHR analyst experience preferred.
