Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing marketing service deals and building long-term client relationships. This role is focused on converting qualified leads into paying clients by understanding their business needs and presenting effective marketing solutions. Experience working with or selling marketing services to auto repair shops and diesel repair shops is highly preferred, as it enables a deeper understanding of the industry's challenges and customer acquisition strategies. - Close qualified leads for digital marketing services. - Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations with prospective clients. - Understand client objectives and recommend tailored marketing solutions. - Negotiate contracts and pricing while maintaining profitability. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. - Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships to maximize conversions. - Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities using a CRM system. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales closing. - Proven ability to close high-value marketing or service-based deals. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Experience using CRM software and managing a sales pipeline. - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
