About this role We are looking for a new team member to join the APAC Regional Sales Support (RSS) team, based in Taiwan, primarily support BlackRock’s Australia Wealth distributor business. The Regional Sales Support team is dedicated to enabling growth and delivering value for clients across APAC. The team works closely with both Wealth and Institutional Client Business across APAC to support a growing regional client base and ensure smooth daily operations in partnership with functional teams. This role will focus on supporting Australia Wealth initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales support activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and effective communication with cross-functional teams. Prior experience with the Australia market is highly advantageous, particularly in areas related to research house engagement, platform onboarding and data management processes. Your responsibilities may include: - Support Australia Wealth sales activities by delivering high-quality sales support outputs and ensuring timely execution of tasks - Manage and maintain deliverables related to research house ratings, platform due diligence/onboarding processes, including documentation preparation and coordination with internal stakeholders - Handle data-related tasks such as data collection, maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across APAC to support business initiatives and ensure alignment with business priorities - Ensure all deliverables meet business objectives and client requirements with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, including the use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and scalability - Support additional Regional Sales Support tasks and initiatives across APAC markets on an as-needed basis, in line with team priorities Skills and Experience: - Fluency in English and Mandarin required - 2+ years of prior experience in asset management / financial services industry client-facing roles - Prior exposure to Australia Wealth market (e.g., platforms, research houses, distribution landscape) is a strong advantage - The role requires Professional Licenses: SITCA licensing (Senior Securities Specialist or Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professionals) - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment - Flexible and proactive to challenge status-quo with a keen attention to detail - Good proficiency with automation tools (e.g. Python, VBA, Power Automate, UiPath, RPA); and familiarity with AI tool - Qualified applicants, including people with disabilities, are welcome to apply Our benefits To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.
