• This role is responsible for owning and managing Causeway’s marketing systems, data, and automation, acting as the central hub across Marketing, Sales, and the Business Unit Marketers to build the operational foundations our go-to-market strategy depends on. • Day-to-day, this means building HubSpot workflows, owning data builds and campaign assets, enriching and segmenting our contact database, and ensuring the wider team is working from a single source of truth with clean, consistent data and well-defined processes at every stage of the funnel. • You’ll also play a key part in defining how we operate as an AI-first marketing function, helping shape and implement our AI-first marketing automation strategy, advising the wider marketing team on AI processes, and raising the overall maturity of how we use technology. • As the team’s authority on our MarTech stack, you’ll ensure our tools are fit-for-purpose as we scale and that we’re staying ahead of what’s possible. • This role supports UK and international marketing teams across the US and Europe, as well as the broader business.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ minimum experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience building workflows, lists, and campaign assets in a marketing automation platform.
  • Strong data skills: comfortable with data collection, manipulation, segmentation, and enrichment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, A/B test interpretation, and funnel ROI analysis.
  • Comfortable with Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and basic modelling.
  • Process-oriented, with the ability to connect operational detail to broader business outcomes.
  • Actively uses AI to improve processes, team efficiency, and data organisation, and is curious about where it can go next.
  • Able to work at pace in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly as priorities shift.
