• Get to know the entire sales ecosystem in Health Systems (e.g., customer management, proposal processes, contract design) • Provide operational sales support and work closely with experienced Account Managers • Early assumption of responsibility and independent handling of customer and sales tasks • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and account strategies • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Service, Clinical Specialists and Finance • Participate in trainings, coaching and practical learning formats to develop your sales and communication skills • Create and maintain (key) account plans
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant professional experience (technical or business-related)
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to infer connections
- Team player, resilience and a professional approach to successes and setbacks
- Analytical and structured way of working
- Hands-on mentality, initiative and willingness to take responsibility
- Excellent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel as part of sales activities
- Advantageous: initial experience in a clinical environment and/or in sales
