• Create and implement strategy to secure new contracts and partnerships with fleet operators • Identify, prioritize and win large national fleet business • Negotiate at director level with large national fleets • Maximize profitability generation in line with forecasts • Implement strategies and generate sales relating to data analytics and integrated solutions • Plan and maintain efficient customer reviews and record in company CRM system
Job Requirements
- Proven successful commercial sales track record or associated qualifications
- Understanding of cost management, financial planning and P&L reporting
- Excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive understanding of the tyre/commercial vehicle industry and B2B markets
- High level of data analysis
- Intermediate to high level of Microsoft Office packages

• Responsible for the development and management of the designated sales region • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner between the assigned representatives and the company • Travel to visit representatives in assigned region for trainings, meetings, and relationship building • Participate in customer dinners, product trainings, and other events • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance of assigned representatives • Analyze and manage sales targets with assigned representatives • Provide feedback to the appropriate business units on market and product opportunities
• Own outbound prospecting, targeted outreach, and pipeline generation • Qualify opportunities and create momentum for SAM sales cycles • Deliver compelling messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects • Execute structured call, email, and LinkedIn cadences • Collaborate with SAM leaders and sales partners to refine conversion strategies • Strengthen your SaaS sales acumen through ongoing coaching, training, and immersion in our platform • Demonstrate performance and consistency across a structured evaluation framework
