Job Description

VP of Sales – APAC

nVent

• Develop and implement the APAC sales strategy • Drive sales growth by achieving sales quotas with key accounts through both direct and distribution channels • Define and optimize the Go-To-Market strategy • Ensure cross-functional teamwork with global product category teams, marketing, customer care, pricing, global account, and operations teams • Provide regular business updates to senior management • Lead, mentor and empower the Sales team to the journey of becoming one nVent in APAC

Job Requirements

  • Ideally a background in electrical engineering or industrial automation
  • Previous experience in industrial sales, mainly in the low-voltage sector, locally & internationally
  • A proven track record of managing sales greater than $100M
  • Experience with SF.Com or MS dynamics is a must
  • Minimum 10 years of industrial experience in automation, electrical components, or power systems
  • Proven ability to work in an international context
  • Great negotiating skills, and collaborating with others to reach conclusions
  • Ability to work 100% in a remote office and travel on average 50% of the time
