The Territory Account Manager is directly responsible for growing One nVent sales across BeNeLux, representing brands like CADDY, ERICO, ERIFLEX and HOFFMAN, with focus on contractors. The role holder will cover Benelux and time spent with customers up to 70-80% of the time should be expected. In this position, you will get to: - Achieve sales goals in executing Sales Plan consistent with the regional and territory strategic direction. - Coordinate relationships between targeted end users and nVent. - Retain existing customers by establishing relationships with key influencers, identifying new opportunities, introducing new products, and executing regular reviews. - Build product demand at current and new customers effectively by selling our value propositions in meetings with electrical & mechanical contractors. - Identify and assess potential new customers through your market knowledge & expertise. - Partner with the larger sales team to determine penetration strategy based on customer segmentation. Qualifications - Educational background in electro-mechanical, electro-technical, bachelor's degree or equivalent. - Ideally 3+ years of sales experience of technical products. - Skill in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment in a self-directed manner. - Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and produce consistent measurable results. - Ability to operate within defined processes and recommend improvements. - Strong communicator, with great skills in interfacing with people at all levels, inside and outside the organization. - Proactive, energetic, with good capacity to self-motivate. - Experience with a customer relationship management system, preferably Salesforce.com, as well as Basic Excel and Microsoft Office experience. - Availability to work from a home office. - Must be proficient in English & Dutch. • Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of our data center cooling products • Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations • Provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during the installation and maintenance processes • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programs • Ensure customers are fully trained and confident in using our products to enhance their efficiency and happiness • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant training • Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials • Travel to customer locations as the need arises to deliver onsite training
Role Description As a Field Service Specialist you will be responsible for installing and maintaining nVent High-Density Liquid Cooling (HDLC) products at customer data center sites globally. This role is regional, covering APAC and it involves 50-70% traveling on average, including international trips. - Travel to client's global locations to provide installation, maintenance, and warranty support. - Share technical information effectively during updates, reviews, and troubleshooting discussions. - Contribute to project planning by helping define tasks, timelines, and budgets. - Work closely with Engineers and CAD Designers on prototype and pilot design projects. - Take on additional responsibilities as needed. - Represent nVent professionally as a trusted point of contact for clients. Qualifications - Ideally 5+ years of experience in data center maintenance and installation, ideally with high-density liquid cooling products. - Ability to deliver clear and effective product or technical training. - Good understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, including proficiency in CAD software and Visio. - Good knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, plumbing, pipefitting and heat transfer, and numerical methods. - Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (NEC, IEC, IEEE). - Basic knowledge of power distribution, heat tracing applications, or control and monitoring systems. - You are a great communicator! - Ability to work 100% remotely, within the standard processes, without close supervision. • Lead and manage regional liquid cooling services operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery • Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of liquid cooling solutions in data center environments • Ensure services align with established service models, SLAs, and best practices • Develop and optimize regional service processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer outcomes • Own and manage regional services P&L, including revenue, cost control, margins, and forecasting • Analyze financial performance using P&L statements and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement • Support pricing strategies, cost estimates, and service contract structures • Develop and execute plans to grow services revenue and profitability within the region • Maintain a strong understanding of liquid cooling technologies and data center infrastructure • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to support complex technical solutions • Act as a technical escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies • Serve as a primary point of contact for key regional customers • Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor • Support sales teams with pre-sales efforts and services proposals • Lead customer meetings, reviews, and executive discussions • Mentor and develop regional service personnel • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, supply chain, and finance

Qualifications - Ideally, 5+ years of experience in project or program management in the data center space. - Experience leading teams. - Ability to work 100% remote anywhere in the US and travel 50% to 75% of the time, including international travel. - Knowledge of Data Center construction is helpful. - Knowledge of business systems such as CAD software applications, along with skills in the Microsoft Office Suite. - Proven skills in prioritization, efficiently implementing schedules, and rapid changes in customer demand. - Ability to develop projects and initiatives, measure, and deliver results. - Knowledge of mechanical and thermal principles preferred, but not essential. • Drive sales and business development across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark • Meet with customers in the field and hold meetings with customers after normal business hours • Maintain relationships with our valued end customers and channel partners • Ensure a balanced Prospect and Sales Lead driven database, managed through our CRM, Sales Force database • Build confidence to secure new business • Ensure strong technical support for both our Account Managers and customers by being involved in all aspects of Pre-sales activities and maintaining a close partnership with our Customer Care Team • Have total Responsibility for the achievement of the sales quota in a defined Territory and Vertical market customer base.
