Regional Sales Manager

Greenheck Group

• Responsible for the development and management of the designated sales region • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner between the assigned representatives and the company • Travel to visit representatives in assigned region for trainings, meetings, and relationship building • Participate in customer dinners, product trainings, and other events • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance of assigned representatives • Analyze and manage sales targets with assigned representatives • Provide feedback to the appropriate business units on market and product opportunities

Job Requirements

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in the HVAC industry or other technical fields
  • Ability to make technical and non-technical presentations in front of large groups
  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of job experience
  • Travel required more than 25% of time

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new applications for advanced materials across a variety of B2B markets. You will work closely with customers, R&D, manufacturing, and senior leadership to turn market insights and relationships into commercial growth.
