Role Description The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote Biteway Pest Solutions' services and solutions. This role bridges the gap between operations, sales, and marketing to ensure our offerings are effectively positioned, communicated, and differentiated in the marketplace. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, market analysis, customer insight, and strong execution skills to drive growth and brand awareness. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement product marketing strategies that support business growth and customer acquisition objectives. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities. - Create compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for pest control services and related offerings. - Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals. - Lead the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement programs. - Develop marketing collateral, digital content, presentations, case studies, and customer-facing materials. - Manage website content, email marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and digital advertising efforts. - Monitor campaign performance and marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. - Support customer retention efforts through targeted marketing programs and educational content. - Partner with external agencies, vendors, and creative resources as needed to deliver marketing projects. - Maintain consistency across all brand messaging and communication channels. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing management, brand marketing, or a related role. - Strong understanding of customer acquisition, market positioning, and marketing strategy. - Experience developing and managing integrated marketing campaigns. - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. - Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing channels. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in home services, pest control, property services, or related industries is a plus.
