Role Description We're looking for a Digital Designer for a well-established marketing agency that helps businesses grow through data-driven digital marketing and strategic performance tracking, focused on managing campaigns across paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing. If you are highly organized and detail-oriented with Adobe creative tools, keep reading! - Design static and animated ad creatives for paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and Google Display, producing multiple variations for A/B testing. - Build email templates and graphics for cold outreach, nurturing sequences, and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent rendering across email clients. - Produce short-form video content for ads and social, including editing, motion graphics, text overlays, and basic animation. - Create and maintain brand assets across formats: social templates, infographics, one-pagers, case studies, and presentation decks. - Design visual elements for landing pages and websites (hero images, icons, section graphics) in collaboration with the Funnel Web Developer. - Direct and retouch still photography for campaigns, product shoots, and brand content. - Enforce brand consistency across all client work, maintaining organized asset libraries and style guides. - Partner with the Funnel Leader and Funnel Specialist to translate campaign goals and messaging into effective visual creative. - Use AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI) to accelerate ideation and generate asset variations. Qualifications - 2+ years of professional experience in digital design, graphic design, or creative production, ideally from a marketing agency or in-house marketing team. - Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Figma. - Experience designing ad creatives for paid social and display, with a solid grasp of platform-specific specs and best practices. - Proven ability to build email templates that render reliably across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. - Video editing skills covering short-form content, motion graphics, and basic animation. - Comfortable building polished presentation decks in Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint. - Familiar with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) and open to weaving them into your daily workflow.
