Role Description The Senior Associate Graphic Designer provides essential graphic design and creative services, supporting our Creative Services team with client-facing deliverables, along with internal BME marketing. In this role, you will work closely with our consultants and the business development team to deliver clean, professional, and accessible visual communications. This position requires providing responsive support to both our consultants and the creative team in a remote environment. A successful designer in this environment prioritizes utility, clarity, consistency, and attention to detail. This role includes a significant amount of production-oriented design work, requiring comfort with applying established templates, formatting standards, and brand systems across a variety of deliverables. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. - Masters degree preferred; for specialized and/or technical roles, relevant experience may be substituted for a graduate degree. - 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably within a consulting, agency, or public health environment. - A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout design, typography, and data visualization. A portfolio is required for consideration. Requirements - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets), and Canva. - Ability to explain and communicate design decisions as well as collaborate effectively with non-designers. - Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and pivot between different projects and styles while maintaining visual consistency across projects. - Ability to translate requests from external partners into actionable design solutions. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment. - A commitment to our shared values including collaboration, continuous learning and improvement, and a bias towards action. Role Description The Motion Graphics Designer contributes to the development and execution of all motion graphics design for the league and its 12 teams, focusing on building strong and compelling brand experiences across the PWHL ecosystem.
