Qualifications - Minimum of 6 years relevant experience required, including 4 or more years in a consulting firm environment. - Experience leading training strategy and implementation efforts for large-scale technology, data, or enterprise system implementations. - Minimum 5 years client-facing experience, including 2 or more in project leadership roles. - Experience leading complex training initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. - People management experience preferred. - Master’s degree in Public Health, Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment. - Demonstrated success developing and executing training strategies for technology modernization, digital transformation, or large-scale system implementation projects involving multiple organizations, agencies, or user groups. - Lead training efforts from strategy through implementation, including training needs assessment, curriculum planning, delivery coordination, and post-launch support. - Develop role-based learning programs and coordinate the creation of training materials with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams. - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. - Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into practical, user-friendly learning experiences. - Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. - Comfort navigating ambiguity and bringing structure to evolving environments. - “Big picture” thinking paired with strong attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring training strategy, activities, and deliverables are executed successfully. - Alignment with BME’s shared values. Requirements - Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or other CRM, permitting, inspection, case management, workflow management, or enterprise data platforms. - Experience supporting training efforts for statewide, multi-site, or large-scale public sector implementations. - Familiarity with state and local public health agencies and their operational environments. - Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS), training analytics, training evaluation methods, and train-the-trainer models.
