Job Description

Sales & Operations Associate

Leap Tools

Role Description We're looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to help build and scale a new growth channel for our business. This is a true builder role - you'll create opportunities from the ground up by: - Prospecting - Generating pipeline - Closing new business - Managing customer relationships You'll own the entire customer journey—from cold outreach and closing deals to onboarding, implementation, and long-term account growth. What You'll Do - Introduce our free visualizer to independent furniture dealers through heavy outbound phone outreach, turning cold calls into active network members. - Manage the entire relationship lifecycle, handling everything from the first call through onboarding and long-term engagement. - Figure out creative, scalable ways to get these companies on board faster, rather than just relying on one-by-one outreach. - Spend time with our existing team to learn the plays that worked for them, and adapt those motions for the furniture space. - Work closely with marketing to refine our messaging and build better enablement materials based on real market feedback. - Act as the ultimate feedback loop for our product and sales teams, translating your daily conversations into clear insights on the true "voice of the furniture dealer." Qualifications - You are a self-starter who doesn't need a pre-written playbook to get to work. - You enjoy ambiguity and solving new problems. - You have real grit and are completely at home with cold outreach. - You have a high level of practical common sense and can build relationships quickly. - You are highly communicative and can synthesize what you hear on the ground into actionable advice for our internal teams. - You possess a deep sense of professional curiosity. Requirements - Solid background in outbound sales, account management, or market expansion, with a proven comfort level in high-volume cold calling. - A "founder" mentality—you like the idea of working in an early-stage environment where you help build the process as you go. - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. - Adaptability and a natural curiosity to learn a new industry. - Experience in furniture retail or manufacturing is a great bonus, but not a dealbreaker. Benefits - Remote-first company that encourages employees to work from where they're most productive. - Tight-knit teams to cultivate an ownership mentality. - Encouragement of curiosity and attention to detail. - Work anywhere in the world for up to 3 months! - Parental leave program. - Work-from-home stipend. - Your birthday (and our company's birthday) is a day off! About our hiring process - Now: You upload your resume and complete a brief questionnaire. - Step 1: We arrange a video call with you to assess your abilities. - Step 2: Complete a take-home assessment. - Step 3: You attend the second video interview. - Step 4: You attend the third video interview. - Step 5: You meet one of the founders. AI in Recruitment At Leap Tools, we leverage AI technology to enhance our recruitment process. These tools assist with tasks such as resume screening, sourcing prospective candidates, and supporting administrative tasks for enhanced operational efficiency. Founders and senior leadership are directly involved in our recruitment process, and AI is never used to make the final hiring decision. Company Description Leap Tools is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible environment. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the interview process. If you require any accommodation, please contact us at ta@leaptools.com. Take the Leap.
