• Build and maintain integrated 3-statement financial models with 5-year projection horizons • Own scenario and sensitivity analysis tied to key business drivers • Translate strategic initiatives into quantified financial impacts • Maintain a living comps universe of public fintech, brokerage, and wealth management peers • Analyze peer 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and earnings transcripts • Produce valuation benchmarking that informs internal capital allocation • Build bottoms-up and top-down TAM frameworks across product verticals • Size market opportunities using primary regulatory, census, and industry data • Help define and stress-test key performance metrics • Serve as an analytical resource for board materials and executive presentations • Evaluate capital allocation decisions against our investment framework
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years in investment banking, equity research, transaction advisory, strategic finance (or equivalent intensity)
- Ability to build an integrated 3-statement model from scratch
- Deep comfort with public company filings (10-K, 10-Q, proxy, S-1)
- Understanding of capital allocation, return hurdles, and economic trade-offs
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tool experience is a plus but not required
- Self-sufficient and independent
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest in fintech, capital markets, or financial services

Role Description Dans le cadre d’un prochain départ à la retraite, la collectivité recrute son/sa futur(e) Responsable financier et comptable. Le service Finances est composé d’un responsable et d’un comptable. Sous l’autorité de la direction générale des services, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec cette dernière afin de garantir la fiabilité, la continuité et la qualité du traitement des opérations budgétaires et comptables de la collectivité.
