• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from intake through offer negotiation and onboarding. • Partner with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans. • Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements, organizational structure, compensation benchmarks, and market dynamics. • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach. • Screen and assess candidates for technical qualifications, leadership capabilities, cultural alignment, and long-term fit. • Present qualified candidate shortlists with detailed evaluations and market insights. • Coordinate interview processes and facilitate communication between stakeholders and candidates. • Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation trends, competitive intelligence, and recruitment best practices. • Develop talent market maps and competitor analyses for strategic hiring initiatives. • Maintain accurate recruiting activity within ATS and CRM systems. • Support employer branding, talent attraction campaigns, and workforce planning initiatives. • Deliver regular recruiting metrics, hiring progress updates, and executive-level reporting.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within financial services, private equity, investment management, legal, compliance, accounting, or professional services environments.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting mid-level through executive-level professionals.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and experience identifying passive talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and consultative communication skills.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, CRM systems, and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures, organizational design, and hiring market dynamics.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with client leadership and Ignite Human Capital teams.
